Grapple for Truth is a fitness & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu self-ownership fighting organization. It's open to anyone that has an interest in wanting to get in shape whether it's strength building, weight loss & toning or wanting to learn a combat sport - self defense that focuses on pure grappling. (no striking/kicking is ever performed). It is taught on using proper technique by applying to joint locks, submissions/choke holds and learning the escapes of it. We are a small school but with heart and growing!
